Vacuum fillers for major Philippine distillery of spirits and liquors
|
| Recently two vacuum fillers have been finished and left our workshops for their sea transit to the Philippines. On the one hand we are talking about a KHS vacuum filler which was originally designed as a solo filler and extended by us by an Alcoa capper turret for aluminium screw caps and on the other hand an O&H vacuum filler. Both machines are equipped with 80 filling valves each and are supposed to handle a capacity of 18.000 bottles/h referred to 0,75l glass bottles. Both vacuum fillers come with a brand-new HORMES caps feeder.

New mixer and filler for German mineral water factory
|
| For our German customer we supplied the new heart of the existing returnable glass bottling line, a Krones mixer as well as a KHS filler of the type Delta VVF 90/16SV/16KK. Sparkling water and lemonades are filled at a speed of 24.000 bottles/h referred to 0,7l glass bottles. Our as new machines replace the aged O&H machines. Installation and setting into operation complete our scope of supply.

Crating machine for brewery in Benin/West Africa
|
| A crating machine of the type Kettner Blitzpack Robot with 8 packing heads has just left the plant and is now on its way to Africa. Once installed in the westafrican Benin the machine equipped with two sets of handling parts for 4x3 and 6x4 crates will handle approx. 3.000 crates/h.

Another processing plant for Ukrainian customer
|
| The second processing unit of the same type for a Ukrainian beer brewer has been finished and is ready for delivery. The plant is consisting of a flash pasteurizer, a mixing unit as well as a water deaeration unit. The plant processes beer and beer mix beverages at a capacity of 13.000 l/h.

Filler and labeler for Greece
|
| A filler KHS VVF 42/8/8 with crowner and plastic screw capper as well as a labeler Krones Universella for paper labels have shortly been delivered to a Greek brewery. Beer and soft drinks are filled at a capacity of up to 15.000 bottles/h. The machines handle glass and PET bottles.

Again delivery of line components to Philippine customer
|
| Shortly company Hormes could again finish and deliver reconditioned and new components to create a filling line for glass bottles for a substantial Philippine bottler. These components for the meanwhile third of five filling lines consist of KHS decrater and crater, Kettner crate washer, Krones double ended bottle washing machine, KHS filler/crowner, Hormes cap feeding system, Hormes CIP unit. The filling line is designed to produce soft drinks at nominal filler speed of approx. 42.000 bottles/h.
