The safety and reliability of our machinery, equipment and control systems are a top priority for us. To identify and minimise potential cybersecurity risks at an early stage, we enable security researchers, customers, business partners and other third parties to report suspected vulnerabilities in our products.
To protect confidential information, please do not include technical details of the suspected vulnerability in your initial email. Please follow the procedure below:
How to Report a Potential Security Vulnerability
1
Initial Contact
Please send us an informal email with the subject line “Security Vulnerability Report” to:
The affected machine or system, preferably including its machine or serial number
2
Secure Submission
Once we have received and reviewed your contact and identification details, we will contact you to coordinate the next steps.
If required, we will provide an appropriate channel for the subsequent submission of technical details.
Assessment and Handling of Your Report
We assess incoming reports with the aim of evaluating the suspected vulnerability and identifying any necessary measures to mitigate the associated risks or remedy the vulnerability.
We endeavour to handle all reports appropriately and confidentially and, where possible, coordinate any further steps with the reporting party.
